Digital marketing for the Region of Valencia

I held the role of Art Director of the digital marketing strategy of the Region of Valenncia for more than 3 years. During this time, we worked on all segments of the brand's online appearance, from content production to advertisements, where we achieved outstanding results.

Daily monitoring and content production for social media platforms which serving a base of thousands of followers. Finding and applying audio-visual content, images, current trends, and running campaigns was the base of our work.

In the case of the appearance of the brand, it was important to be visually inviting, but at the same time to present the attractions of the region in its natural beauty. Since the target group covered a large segment, we had to find the voice that could resonate with the needs of the different groups. In addition, we also served the local, national and international market, producing content in 5 different languages.

The campaigns created during this time can be found in the highlighters. In its visual world, it reflects the playful and friendly elements with which the brand operates.

Advertising strategy was an important part of digital marketing. We regularly created campaigns in static, gif and video formats for social media platforms, Google ads, RTB and traveller network collaborations.

We regularly produced newsletters that focused on the 5 main segments (family, couple, sport, friends, LGTBQ+)

We also produced special newsletters focusing on current major events.

We have designed and created two apps over the past few years, the purpose of each app is to support the information flow of the event and destinations for tourists and locals.

The Itinerarios app contains the current events and itineraries of the region. The app is available in 5 languages, thus covering local, national and international needs. The app helps locals and tourists find program options that suit their interests.

Kiosco app summarizes the broschures of the programs, attractions and events in the region of Valencia. Its target group is local and foreign tourists who want to receive information about travel and leisure possibilities. The app is available in 5 languages.
